I get hate from some Canadians who accuse me of being pro-Trump and tell me I should move. I don’t see geopolitics through partisan lenses—I see it through power and incentives. I have as much of a right to be here as they do. Canada was born on third base by living next to the U.S. Going forward, we will have to choose alignment: America, China, or Russia. The answer is obvious to me. I like America. I like Americans. It’s the richest country in the world—and will be for a long time. Canada wins by being a good friend and serious partner to the U.S., not by pretending the U.S. needs to bow to us. I love Canada. I love the United States. Let’s go.🇨🇦🇺🇸
